These brothers train, compete and win together.
Fergus McArthur is 11 years Old and has been competing in freestyle events in ski fields of NZ for 5 years.
His most outstanding achievements, throwing a backflip in competition at the age of 8, Placing 2nd in the men’s ski open at Snowplanet.
He has competed in 5 New Zealand National Freestyle competitions and has had consistent podiums. His best was this year for Gold in Pipe and Silver in Slope.
He has also had podiums at these venues: Snowplanet, Mt Ruapehu, Cardona, The Remarkables and Craigiburn
He has been working hard at Snowplanet perfecting his progression in his chosen sport. Snowplanet is a fantastic venue for working on slope skills.
Fletcher McArthur is 9 years Old and has been competing in freestyle events all over the ski fields of NZ for 5 years.
His most outstanding achievements, Gold medallist at the Cardrona Freestyle section of the Junior Nationals in 2016, Shared a podium bronze with his brother in Pipe 2017 Junior Nationals Freestyle .
He has competed in 5 New Zealand National Freestyle competitions and has had consistent podiums.
He has also had podiums at these venues: Snow planet, Mt Ruapehu, Cardona, The Remarkables and Craigiburn
Fletcher trains hard with his brother Ferguson and they love to share podiums together.
Snow planet is the main training area for slopestyle and he trains 3 days a week and competes at every event for freestyle they hold. He is also a member of the Greenhithe School Ski Team with his older brother Fergus
