Stop and start your membership if you need to take a break or have other commitments. Provides the card holder with access to the snow during our advertised opening hours for every day of each month the pass remains paid.
Students must show student ID or proof of study at time of first visit.
Membership Passholders can suspend their membership for a minimum of 1 month and up to 6 months per calendar year at no cost.
NOTE:
- If the suspension is longer than 6 months, a joining fee of $99.00 will be payable again to Snowplanet upon return.
- Payments will resume automatically at the end of the requested submission.
All cancellation requests must be made directly to Debitsuccess. If not, payments will continue and will not be refunded under any circumstances. To be eligle to cancel your membership, there must not be any outstanding payments owing.
During the Membership on hold period, such members will not have access to Snowplanet lifts in the snowdome without either first restarting their membership with Debitsuccess or by paying for a casual snow pass directly with Snowplanet.
Members on hold can restart their monthly membership at any time, directly with Debitsuccess, under the terms and conditions set by Debitsuccess. This will be done without penalty.

*Paying for your Silver Membership by credit card incurs a higher fee due to credit card processing and transaction fees. Payment by Direct Debit attracts no fees and has been simplified under the New Zealand Payments System Regulations 2017, removing the need for customers to contact their bank if they need to cancel a direct debit.
