To use our workshop services, bring your equipment to the front desk for drop off. Service turn around is dependent on demand.

Our Buff Wax service is perfect for skiers and snowboarders looking for a quick refresh. We apply a premium wax to your gear, then buff to enhance glide and performance on the snow. This service ensures maximizing your enjoyment on the slope.

Hand Wax and Edge
Take your equipment tuning to the next level with our Buff Wax and Edge service. In addition to applying a high-quality wax, we carefully sharpen your edges too. This combination provides superior control and responsiveness, enabling you to carve through turns with solid edge control and glide. Skis and snowboards are tuned to an 88° side edge and 0.5° base edge

Workshop Services
T&Cs
In servicing your skis and snowboards, you agree that the services are provided on an ‘as is’ basis by Snowplanet and that the services are carried out at the Customer’s risk. Snowplanet warrants all reasonable skill and care will be taken in undertaking those services. Any equipment in a state of severe disrepair or over 10 years old may not be serviceable.
We recommend you check your ski and snowboard equipment and settings (edges, top sheets, binding plates, and binding settings) prior to use at all times, especially after work has been carried out on your equipment.
Any property left with Snowplanet that remains unclaimed for more than 30 days (other than by arrangement) will be disposed of or recycled. At this time Snowplanet shall have no liability to the Customer or any third party.
Snowplanet’s liability with respect to Workshop Services, including any negligence on its part, shall be limited to the contract price for the Services. The sole remedy for unsatisfactory work shall be a refund of the amount paid by the Customer or a further additional service of the same value.
