There was no keeping Santa away from the snow! This Christmas, he’s heading back onto the snow at Snowplanet for a truly magical Santa experience.

SANTA’S FAMILY FUN VISIT
Each guest will enjoy access to the snowdome to visit Santa in his magical hideaway. Snowplanet’s photographer will be on hand throughout your visit, capturing candid moments along the way. The highlight is your photo in Santa’s sleigh, a Christmas snapshot to treasure.
- Each family will receive one printed group photo to take home (The best photo will be selected by our printing team)*
- Every child who visits Santa will receive a free lollipop from Santa
- Under 18 moths are FREE with a full paying adult
*Please note there will be a short wait while your photo is being printed.

To ensure everyone has a wonderful experience, Santa sessions are limited to one family per 5-minute time slot. This prevents long waits in the snow, especially for families with young children. Each session accommodates up to six people. If your family is larger or you wish to combine two families for a photo, you must book an additional session either immediately before or after your own.
Larger family sessions take more time, so it’s important to adhere to the group size limit upon arrival. Unplanned combinations will not only extend the wait for others, but we may also be unable to accommodate them.
If you combine families without prior arrangement, the photographer will only have time for one photo session, and won’t be able to take separate family shots. To avoid this, please book back-to-back sessions if two families are involved.
Please also note that personal cameras are not permitted in Santa’s Grotto.

Spend some time in Santa’s Winter Wonderland and enjoy the excitement of tubing and tobogganing in our enchanting alpine village. Glide down the dedicated tobogganing track through an ice archway, or race down one of two custom-built, ice-walled tubing tracks. Fun for all ages!

Important Information
Santa photos are on snow this year!
To make sure every family enjoys their time with Santa, each session is limited to one family per 5-minute time slot. This helps avoid long waits, especially for families with little ones. If your group has more than six people, let us know in advance.
When you visit Santa’s you need to remember we keep it at a chilly -5 °. Please wear lots of warm clothes, a beanie and gloves. Also, the snow tends to make your shoes wet, so waterproof shoes or snow boots are recommended.
Don’t worry if you don’t have these or forget something, you can hire them on the day for a special price – only for Santa visitors! Don’t forget your gloves!
